What do you guys suggest for realistic injury sliders?

I use 17 for 10 minute quarters and I get a fair amount of injuries but not anything ridiculous

I use 15 both in main menu and in offline franchise 12 min quarter seems good last game i get 4 injuries two was back in the game injury, one, was an entire game and one was a 4 week, 2 injuries for each team. 3 off the ball, one on the ball.
