Connection issue question

Apologies if this should go somewhere else - I searched but didn’t see a better place.


If you get the connection issue ppo up during a game or have lag in online gameplay against another human - is there any way to determine if it’s an issue on your end or EA servers?

Last night we had multiple user games going on in our online CFM - and none of us could play our games due to lag or connection. This is the second time in a row I’ve had a lot of lag in a user game. I’m connected wirelessly, no changes and haven’t had any issues until recently. Other online games appear to work just fine.

Otherwise - any tips for ensuring a good connection? (Short of going wired- not possible)
