Question about online franchise with friends

So me and 4 friends of mine started an online league together. The problem is 2 of us play on all madden but the sliders were too hard for the other 3..and when we switched it to all pro then it was too easy for the 2 of us.

Question i have is there a way we can all individually set the sliders for ourself if we play the cpu? Or do we just have to try finding a common ground

As far as I'm aware you're going to just have to find a common ground.

Maybe you can make the two people who dominate All Pro have crappy teams? Or maybe you can make some other house rules to handicap them?


Another possibility you can do (if you trust everyone not to cheat): give everyone admin capabilities, and have the two players who struggle on All Madden switch the difficulty to All Pro when they play the CPU.

So if we give everyone the admin and they change it will it affect us during the game or do we wait for them to start the game and then the all madden guys switch it before there game?

This happened in our league and actually tore the league apart. There were 4 of us in a 16 team league that would dominate and in 5 min q's (no runoff), default all-pro we would put up like 70-90 points a game against cpu and then the other 12 guys were awful and would lose to cpu somehow. After a season and a half the guys who weren't as good all dropped out because they weren't having fun getting crushed. Tough to find a league where 16 people are on the same skill level.

You’d probably have to play at different times is my guess. When going head to head All Pro is probably best though.
