I don't see why not, as long as EA doesn't use some ridiculous encryption on the game files.

So no it's not on par with high end, it's on par with mid range gpus because that's the hardware it's built with.

And I'm not being salty i literally could not care less about silly console/pc wars as i have both, i'm merely correcting you.
Calm down. No one is saying that the XB1X is equivalent to a high end PC in general. He said "on some titles," which is true. Not every PC game looks/runs considerably better than its console counterpart, even at max settings.

Is this PC modding I hear of easy to download/install?

Impossible to say at this point. It really depends on how EA designs the game files, and the community itself once it comes out.

Once the file structures are figured out, someone will often come up with an easy way to load mods, but it's not always as easy as that.

PC of course (it's been too long since I've played Madden at >60 FPS), but will we see a revival of football-freaks?

Re: Madden 19: PC or Console?

I'm curious to see if they cap the fps. I can technically play NBA 2k18 at 150+ frames, but the game is incredibly unstable if I do that. It's a shame, but you have to turn vsync on and cap it at 30 or 60 to keep the game stable. I don't know how Fifa works, but hopefully being on Frostbite it means that we can play Madden at whatever frames we desire.

I think someone here said they didn't cap it at 60.

The more I think about it, I think I'm in the same boat as you. I will probably grab it for XBOX to start, wait for a nice sale towards the end of the season and grab it for PC, grab some mods and run a franchise.

I’m going to get hall of fame on the Xbox X and pay 14 bucks and play on pc Day 1 not that hard
