The issue isn’t the appearance of the wind meter. The issue is the high wind speeds affecting special teams. In online CFM’s the high winds makes special teams unrealistic. Whoever is kicking with the wind has the advantage, even from 55-60+ field goals. These fg kicks are routinely made, which we know is unrealistic. If the offense it backed up in their own territory, punts from inside the 10 or 20 are kicked to their opponents inside the 20 or 10 yard line.

Special teams are important and makeup a 3rd of the game. This is a gross oversight that EA must fix.

You'd be surprised. It's not one single issue with it. Like most things with this series, there are multiple things that need to be changed with the wind and its indicator.

I Just hate not knowing wind conditions before kicking a field goal. I routinely call a field goal. Get on the field. Realize I have no shot at making it because of the wind and waste a timeout.

With out any changes to presentation it seriously looks impossible to tell the difference between 17-19. I use to love Madden but I just disagree with their expanded take on a football game. Give me more immersion and less MUT!!! Same refs, same announcers spitting same lines, same QB walk off just covered over. Not feeling it any more.

I 100 percent agree that madden looks the same and they can’t even change scoreboard through the years. I think the announcers are boring.
Bring back madden to announce and the highlights from other games were in the original
Madden back in 1990

I was really hoping to see one of those one cut animations playout but didn't see one in this video. Honestly it might as well have been Madden 18.
