No one ask, no one tells.

It was a 40% build at EA Play and hence, the WIP notations.

I think they are getting better at becoming more transparent vs a year ago.

This is exactly what Carlos talked about in his video, to become more transparent in the community.

1. Deep dive blogs that were scheduled vs last years release all this stuff at once.

2. A release of video on June 17th vs last year silent treatment.

I do the same but I buy it every year. 5 years ago I gave up on CFM. Tried MuT was fun. Didn't like the pay to win aspect. I prefer offline franchise but to fullfill my football gaming itch I played MuT every year and it got worse every year.

Last year I was spending 8hrs a week playing full game solos at like rookie difficulty which is the most torture thing I ever did in a game. Then I had to cram in 25 weekend league online games a week and got like 15-20 wins with very little rewards.

Told myself I am done playing any game that feels like work or torture. I would play offline franchise again if allot was added.

Was excited at first then realized they spent like a week adding stuff to cfm. I play NBA 2k18 myleague and can only dream someday even in 10 years a football is this deep.

The trade logic has always been broken. Maybe not this broken but bad enough where you have to make up fake house rules and not trade period in Madden CFM. Also these videos are approved by EA and these people are flown in to capture them. EA thought this video was good to show. Do you trust anyone that think this video is great to show to everyone?

The trade logic at EA Play was not final.

Hopefully this is something that they continue to try and do. There is absolutely no reason for Madden to keep as much in the dark as they do. This isn't a new IP that is years away from being finished and so many things can change. This is an annual release that sees change in development, but nothing to the point where they should be the way they have been since Ian Cummings left.

I agree, based on the turnaround from last year and Carlos wanting to become more transparent, I think communication is headed in the right direction.

Clint and Ben have been forthingcoming in interviews as well, even if it's news we don't want to hear.

But that kind of trade logic has been hurting Franchise Mode for years, so is he saying they actually are improving it so these trades can't happen? To say it's not final when it's been filled with trade logic like that for who knows how long is worrisome. Did it take THAT video for them to see how bad the logic was and they never paid any mind to it in years prior?
