Definitely buying. I'll grab EA Access on the 1st and play the majority of my 10 hours that night after it releases at 7pm est and then i'll buy it for the discounted rate through ea access before i cancel my subscription and get my $5 back.

I was strongly on the fence between getting this or NBA 2K at launch, but I will be getting Madden. I love MUT and after watching some videos, I can't wait to start a franchise with the Dolphins or Panthers.

Dolphins would be a fun rebuild. Great stadium and uniforms and awful GM so plenty of fun. I may do a dolphins one as well.

While I agree, the same thing was said with 17 when the ball carrier moves were first reintroduced and refined. I see people dealing with it just fine.

I hear you, but you have people putting up videos admitting that they spammed the sprint button and they found out later that wasn't the thing to do.

That's why I feel there will be a learning curve before the casuals start whining how they can't gain any yards.

At least, they admitted it.

Its way more than just ball carrier moves, its the way the sprint button is used. Once you play the game it will be more clear.

I haven't played a newer or final build, but I played the beta.

Re: Buying or Not Buying?

The sprint button has come a long way. It used to be something to use all the time. In the past few years it seems to become more and more of an "open field only" type thing. It's almost like a move (juke, spin , etc). You only use it in certain situations that suit it. Before, it was a thing where you might as well hold it from the start.
