I know its probably too late for this but i really am enjoying reading through the way everyone is utilizing franchise. Me, personally:

1) my favorite thing is to fantasy draft a team and build up players in very specific ways. My linebackers get focus on pursuit, dline block shed etc., and seeing how those ratings impact my teams. I play in a small online franchise and my style is very different from the rest so its cool to see those contrasts play out.

2) improved pro bowl representation. Last season we had one team lead the league in rushing and had 7 of his offensive linemen make the pro bowl. I somehow threw for 7,000 yards on all madden and had my qb and 5 wr make the pro bowl. While we are at it, lets improve gameplanning and man coverage so i can't do that this year.

3) im playing on xbox one

Better UI, better scouting, better gameplay with players who feel individualized.

1: I love to rebuild bad teams and make them a contender

2: What i'd like to see: Multple things sorry, Can't pick just one.

Relocation customization options like when creating a team in NHL 18 Expansion mode. (Make sure to make lots of stadium models, not just the stadiums that have always been there [dome, futuristic, traditional {Keep traditional though, it looks great!}])

After winning the Super Bowl, make the whole field flooded with reporters, players, and fans. This would make the game much more authentic than there only being players on the field after winning.

Bring back the coin flip presentation. That makes the game feel more real.

Add the National Anthem. No kneeling so there is no controversy.

Make it so that the weather can change throughout the game. So instead of it raining the entire time, it can switch to sunshine in the 4th Quarter.
