Lamar Jackson will probably be easily abusable with scrambling and read-option. Still find it sad that ever since 2004 it has been that way.
Dude, read option in nowhere near overpowered anymore. And scrambling QBs are easy to defend. Honestly, I love watching some kid thinks that his roll out and launch bombs all day strategy can work, when a spy and QB contain is enough to rack up sacks.
But you see the strategy less and less because it is so easy to defend. Scrambling QBs can still be effective and productive, but in far more realistic ways now.
Going off of college statistics and how PFF rated him, Mo Hurst should be a force despite falling so far due to the health issue.
I'm actually also very interested in seeing how they present us with Arden Key. I lost Aldon, but replaced him with another big- quick, agile, and nasty #99 from the SEC (yuck, I'm actually complimenting them )
I'm always tempted to grab guys I created in the previous Madden since they now really in the game. So Marcus Davenport, Antonio Callaway, Brandon Powell, and many more... I will find you... and I will trade for/sign you... at some point.

I'm not talking PvP as I never play that. All the videos I've watched has defenders not even attack the QB as he's running. They just simply freeze in place until you cross the line.
I'm pretty excited about Sony Michel* since I'm a Pats fan but a guy like Roquan Smith should be a blast to play with on defense. Obviously Lamar Jackson is going to be a lot of fun to run around with but I've been tempted to play as the Giants - who I cannot stand - just because of Saquon Barkley. Lots of great choices!
I completely disagree on DJ Moore and Sony Michel. Neither of their speed is what gets me excited about them because their speed isn't elite at their position.
DJ Moore excites me because of his ability after the catch, he should be really elusive with good moves and have nice strength and decent trucking too. Based on watching him at Maryland, his top speed and deep route isn't his calling card and may be overrated even.
Sony Michel excites me because of his ability to do it all and stay on the field the entire game. He can produce running, receiving, and protecting Brady, which means he won't be a giveaway to what you are trying to do on offense as the Pats. He's got decent enough speed to threaten on outside runs and the strength, trucking and BCV to dominate in between the tackles.
Moore isn't going to be 95 speed and Michel isn't going to be over 90 speed. Their speed won't kill.
