Man, Madden really screwed his rating up. The man FINISHED last season rated 90 and now he STARTS at 89? How EA? And to top it off, there are 11 safeties in Madden rated higher? Really? C'mon. The man led the league in INTS last season, was All Pro and Pro Bowler. No respect at all...

No. But when you have a great season, you deserve to be higher, not lower. That's the problem with madden. They make it difficult to use other teams because of this biased rating season. Let me ask you this. Would Tom Brady go down in ratings if he had his best season? No...

I'm not sure making a fuss about 1 overall point difference in a different game than before makes much sense here. Madden 19 is a different game. A guy who was a 90 in madden 18 might only be the equivalent of a guy who is an 85 in madden 19(which means he would have gotten better).

Not to mention, there are a dozen new ratings being factored into the overall of a player, as well as new archtypes and schemes.

Perspective is a wonderful thing.

This is a silly concern in my opinion, sorry...

Hes the 6th ranked FS in the game, 99th ranked player out of all the players. Really don't see the big deal.

Did any of his individual ratings go down or did the just the OVR go down because of a change in the formula they use.

dont look at the overall, look at the individual stats

now if those are down, then you can complain
