I never had Access before so I don't know how it works. I went in and it said that the product was already installed onto my Xbox but then when I clicked on the free trial it's now downloading the game. My question is will I now have two Madden 19 games? and will this mess with my HOF edition I pre-ordered?

You can create another account and purchase another EA Access for $4.99. Just remember to cancel the subscription.

I ruined my disc drive last year because the Access version over-rided the standard version I picked up. I tried to delete the Access version and I didn't have any luck. I talked to someone at MS support and he said the Access version is overriding the standard version and I had to do a whole system restore.

I'm not going through the same mess again, I deleted Access too.

I clicked on the Madden 19 and it stopped the downloading and brought me into the game and was able to start the free trial from there. When I started the game it said I had the HOF pre-order stuff so I'm hoping I don't run into any problems on the 7th.

I don't think you know what you're talking about. Origin Access Premier isn't on Xbox, which is what this guy is on because he is talking about EA Access.

Didn't realize he said Xbox. Unfortunately xbox has no way of playing today.

However I do know exactly what I am talking about as I have actually spoken to ea customer support who told me that since I bought the game I am banned from the origin premier release even though I have an origin premier subscription.

Anyone have the new dashboard update and also having issues launching the madden trial?

There's no "free trial" option once you go through EA Access now and when you try to launch the game it just says I'm too early.

Looking for a work around, this is for XBOX btw

That's really odd. After reading this, I went onto my Xbox and tried it. It works perfectly fine. The only possible thing I could be thinking of is maybe your EA Access subscription has ran out?

However, you mentioned a new dashboard update. I didn't notice a new update. Is it possible you're apart of that Xbox beta program where you test out new updates?

Went home for lunch, went to EA access, saw it there with a trail, downloaded it and drive back to work. After work, it's dinner, the gym, putting my little baby girl to sleep and then a good hour or so of Madden!!!
