Madden 19 Ea Access problem

i have the same issue. EA help tweeted me but their solution did not work for me. I now have 9 hours of access time left and have not actually made it past the log in screen.

Hey there, we're aware this is happening and our game team is working to fix the situation asap, in the meantime, we could identify the following workaround that seems to work consistently: 1. Repeat opening and closing the EA Access Portal on the console and reboot Madden 19 from My Games & Apps. 2. Clear the MAC address from the console settings and then attempt to access the Trial again (Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.) 3. Uninstall/Reinstall the EA Access portal on the Xbox One console and sign back into the account. Let me know how it goes. -Claus
