I know in last years madden madden 18 you could change the red primary receiver before the play can you in this years madden 19? if so how thanks.

On ps4 its hold R2 and press the receiver icon. This mattered more when we had the vision cone.

I think it's for coach mode, isn't it? To tell your QB where to look first presnap? I hope it is, kind of a pointless bit of mechanic otherwise.

I wish they'd bring back the vision cone, if only as an option for those of us who want to use it.

Yeah I noticed this also. On most passing plays I would highlight my favorite route and I got used to it in 17 and 18. Even going back this past year and playing 16 which doesn’t have it, I was taken back by it. Bummed they took it out.
