Creating a playbook, but can't delete last play?

So I'm trying to create a new playbook and I'm trying to delete all the plays out of a set. When I try to remove the last play it says "Slot Drive cannot be removed because it is the last play in the following situation(s)." The situation is Conserve Time (Safe). I can't find where to change this situation.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

There is no way around that. Conserve time still isn't a situation you can change. The only solution is to choose a playbook with a formation and play in it that you want to keep that falls under the "conserve time" situation, and then delete everything but that.
