Not Able To Take Caps in Franchise Anymore

Hey Mixx, just wanted to thank you again for all the help. I uninstalled and then reinstalled my game and it works just like you said. Of course, I'm still not getting game updates....lol Thanks.

Another tid bid I figured out, because I play offline franchise, if I don't log in to the EA servers before starting game, screen captures do not work...... Hope that helps someone with the same issue.
