Scheme fits in franchise

I've seen this discussed in another thread but wanted to get a consensus on it...if i'm using custom playbooks in CFM, would it be best to draft my team normally and then afterwards choose the schemes that have the highest grade for my personnel? Thanks!

Design your playbook as the scheme you want to run. The scheme you pick just chooses what type of players you train best. You can go by what has the highest percentage or what you want to build to or match what positions you want to train the most. Then change player positions to put them at a position that matches their scheme if possible as thier position does not determine where they play. Lastly, use depth chart to put players where you want them to play.
