Odd center behavior is killing plays for me

Yup, looks like slow game speed is the culprit here! Thanks man! The game plays differently on normal for sure, but w/e. A game or two and it'll feel fine.

Bummed to hear this wasn't fixed yet, I prefer slow speed but there are just too many weird blocking/running glitches on slow

Yeah it’s not just Centers, it would happen to my punt receivers too. When they would catch the punt they would like pause and stutter for a half second before taking off, that little delay would cause me to loose yards so I was super-simming all punts to avoid EA’s glitches.

Switching to normal speed fixed that too.

It’s obvious they don’t test this game in all game modes. It absolutely floors me that a supposedly AAA game producer doesn’t bother to test the various game modes they offer.

It’s pretty shameful.

It’s just another reason why I have not, and will not, ever buy a copy Madden new. I only ever buy a used copy so as not to support their unfair monopoly on football video games by giving them a new game sale. Each year it is surprisingly easy to find a used copy within just a week or two after release. This year a GameStop 5 minutes from my house had a cheaper used copy available on August 20th, I called and reserved it and and I went and scooped it up.

As long as EA has it’s monopoly it will be a glitch fest. Don’t buy new.
