Offline cfm gets stuck in year 4 for me no matter what i try.

Cloud cfm has never had issues and I'm in year 5.

I'm in week 14 of season 5 (2022), no problem so far. I'll report back after I try to advance to 2023.

After further testing, it only happens to CFM with custom draft classes.
