Just wondering what everyone is doing for their CFM. I'd like to start one soon but not sure how I should set it up.

personally, I just do 1 team control, and then take over a team if i need to make something happen. Like a tade or a roster adjustment. just take over the current coach, make changes, and retire. as long as you do it before you do advance or play a game, that coach will stay with the team. With that sort of control, I see no reason to go through the 32 coach setup.
