Can someone help me or explain to me why and how to fix the screen look? I play on a 4k 50 inch samsung and its set to 16:9. right now the screen looks squished together why is it condensed this year? is there a way for me to make it full screen like normal?

Go to see tings and enlarge the screen if on ps4

Picture/Screen looks squished
