Madden 19 : yea or nay

I don't have the game on PC, but ever since sliders have been invented in sports games, I will use everything in the game to manipulate the game that suits my sim needs.

I feel it's a good thing to have options in games, but maybe I'm wrong on that.

Not one sports game in my collection that I didn't tinker with sliders, sometimes rosters and sometimes traits.

There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm referring more to the fact that there's some things you can't fix with sliders/trait edits.
You know how to (tentatively) fix the CPU RB's spinning/juking themselves into oblivion?
Go into the code and change FakeOutDistance from 9 to around 1.
Just simple stuff like that, that I'd expect EA to change themselves.. It isn't hard.

Agreed. There hasn't been one sports title, the show, nba2k, & Madden that I haven't had to use sliders, rosters, trait edits, etc... I could never play any of those games without them.
