Do custom playbooks not allow random weather in CFM?

Saw it in an older post where someone mentioned if you use custom playbooks in CFM it breaks weather, but can't find it. Anyone know if this is true before I burn hours off my life making a playbook lol

This was a working theory of mine because I had never seen inclement weather in a game where I'd used a custom PB, but others have shown that they've gotten weather in games where they use customs, so this theory has been debunked.

I always use a custom book and I experience random weather, wind, rain etc...
Not really sure how that rumor got started, but I can tell you for a fact that is not true at all.

Isnt it if you use a custom playbook for the cpu with the 2 controller trick thats were the random weather wouldn't trigger? I dont think it had anything to do with the user using a custom playbook.

I use custom offense and defense playbooks in cfm and I definitely experience random weather.
