Re: Sabo's Madden 19 CPU Gameplans

Man, the one and only reasons I wish I played on my PS4 is for these playbooks. Lol. Are playbooks easy to replicate?

Yes and no.

Yes once you figure out how to work with the crappy way of setting up the game plans

No because it’s time consuming as f*** lol

Lol, I figured you would say something like that. I've glanced at the playbooks before, but I never actually setup my own. FWIW not playbook related, I was playing vs Stafford on AM and I believe he has the trigger happy trait and he was getting the ball out quick. So maybe that may be a sorta bandaid for the cpu offensive when they start calling the PA plays.

Ya I’m not a fan of ideal. I think I’m gonna go the route of messing with that trait and turning down the under pressure rating, which I hope just effects accuracy and nothing else crazy...

If you want I can give you a step by step tutorial on how to make a custom book for xbox, idk how to make vids but I can type something up

Something like this for PS4 users would be fantastic, too, especially given that you've learned more about the star system than probably anyone else here over the last few seasons. How to group and chunk plays and formations to get the best game out of the CPU is arcane knowledge, it seems, in the strange world of the Madden game plan feature.

Re: Sabo's Madden 19 CPU Gameplans

@sabo:

HUGE thanks again this year, as customs are still a necessity...or at least they are on AP, IMHO...

My two cents:

In addition to the legacy PA and blitz issues, the game this year has rendered the HB screens less effective than in the past, while the WR (bubble, not so much) screens are working better...

May want to cut down the former and replace with more of the latter?

Also:

Not sure if it's this patch or not, but the CPU is still over targeting the TE...

Maybe cut way back on anything that has TE as the primary / red route?

At any rate:

Can't wait for finished product...

Game saver, as always!

THANK YOU!

Re: Sabo's Madden 19 CPU Gameplans

Removed all shot plays, MOST cover 0 blitzes, all HB screens except in 3x1 sets and for now got rid of four verts just as a test... will probably re add 4 verts but I just hate how the CPU is programmed to over call it regardless of its rating...

I just uploaded all of the defensive books

Is there any way to do this without losing the defensive camera?
