Re: Changes to the Speed Parity Slider

I like the ratings to count so I don't like using speed threshold. I keep it at zero so after this patch i put it on 25... which I assume is correct for the old zero.

No. Zero still mapped to the old zero. The way it works is 0-50 maps to the old 0-25. So by setting your slider to 25, you are basically getting 12.5 in the old value (well there is no .5 in slider, so between 12 and 13).

Yup, ratings should count and that's why my personal preference is not to eliminate the speed difference between players. That makes no sense to me. However, the reason I originally went with 25 vs. 0 is that I do feel that speed is an overpowered trait in Madden. If they fix the blind outside release routes, I'm with you and will slide back to 25.

I’m still leaving mine on 0 to see how it works. I don’t want any handicaps on this. If you’re slow covering someone fast, you should get burned. Plain and simple.

I've had threshold at 0 before the patch and 0 after the patch and hardly see any kind of difference. So I'm keeping it at 0
