Madden version number

LMay be a dumb question but how can i verify if i have latest madden version installed i see they updated rosters week 9 and i think the last patch is like 1.12 But when i look at my installed madden i see my version is 1.0.0.17

I dont know what version i should have. I assumed somehow the version number i see would be same as the latest patch number? Does your version number you see installed not Have anything to do with the patch number If not how do you know you have the latest patch or rosters installed. THanks

Are you on PS4 or XBox? On mine on PS4 it says version 1.12. There's also the option to check for updates to make sure I have the latest updates. Then when I load up the game it automatically asks me to download the latest roster update.

Xbox one.
And i see the version number when i go into installed games on the dashboard

Well, I don't know anything about Xbox so I can't help you.

If you are playing online in ANY way ( ie not just offline CFM or play now) you must have the latest update
Regardless if you go to the title you should have an option to check for title updates on either console I'd imagine ( definitely do on PS4)
