Just got the game and have set up a 32 user teams. I have created all 32 characters(all coaches) and was looking forward to siming some games and playing others, but I can’t find the option to sim a game. It only allows me to play games. I want to sim NFL season while controlling all teams , but I can’t even get out of week one. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

I don't believe there is an option to sim specific games. What you have to do is advance the week then any unplayed games will be summed when it advances.
