User blocking issue or glitch?

I can’t for sure say when this started happening but about 70-75% of the times that I get sacked from the cpu it’s from a DE, and they just instantly shed off my tackles. There’s many times where it’s literally 2.5 seconds before they’re getting to me.

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this and if this is some glitch to fix or what because my guards or center pass block fine most the time, it’s just my tackles and the DE who get sacks

From what I’ve researched on Madden pass, pass rush success is determined by pass block power/finess vs pmv/fmv. Strength is also a factor. If DEs ratings are significantly higher than offense tackles, chances of insta block shed increases. This can also happen in the running game where the entire offense gets insta pankcakes, usually when you go heavy and run against a dime formation.

If anyone knows more stuff like this about the game pls share !

That’s a interesting read there. I don’t cry as much if it’s a DE that’s rated really high, but I have unfortunately noticed it a lot with higher rated tackles vs lower rated DEs

The ovr rating doesn’t seem to matter more than the actual stat itself. You took a look at the in depth stats of the matchup ? I think that’d give a clearer picture
