12 has coordinators, and also brings retired players into the coaching list.

I wish they would add back in OC's and DC's, but I miss retired players turning into coaches just as much.


How cool would it be for Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers to be your coach? They already have their avatars created, they could just port them over to be a coach version of the same avatar.

Not sure I'd want either one as coach but what i've seen thus far are guys like Brian Dawkins, Tony Richardson, London Fletcher as coaching candidates. I usually sign them as a coordinator to their old teams (though Richardson is in New England now) then down the line they may become HC. I believe NBA2k19 does have this capability to bring back retired players as coaches or GMs; kinda wish the SHOW would do this.

Haha, well as a Pat's fan Brady would be cool for me. The evil hoodie wont be around forever (or "NE Coach" as it were).

And Rodgers got a coach fired... so he probably thinks he could be one!
