Im in franchise mode and my role is the owner, can I fire my coach midway through the season or do I have to wait until the season is finished? Also am I able to hire a coach from another team or do I have to use a fictional coach in the game? Thanks for your help!

Good question. To me the coaches hiring is just not right. Everytime i need to hire a head coach, all the good ones id consider are already gone and im stuck with generated HCs or low tier HCs. Maybe i have to not make the playoffs?
I dont think you can hire a coach from another team if they have a contract with that team. -

Go to owner tab, then click on the staff tab.
Then I think can press (x) on xbox and fire coach ,trainer and scout.Bear Down !Comment
