First you are going to start a career with miami.
Then you will need to create a custom coach to replace Gase.
Then you start the jets franchise, create a coach (dont have to mess with the coach at all).
Retire that coach.
Then start another career with the jets and eventually youll have Gase as your coach (took me just two tries).
