OL Xp slider

In the options menu in franchise where all of the league settings are at select the xp sliders menu. They can be set any where from a value of 0 to 300, the default is 100. I just checked to make sure there wasn't a difference between online and offline franchise and theres not they both are the same.

Ok, maybe I was thinking they were all the way up and didn't pay enough attention to it to notice it went further. Thanks for the heads up lol.....I'm in season 2026.

In 2026 how does the overall talent of OL in the league look? From what I've heard from people doing 10 and 20 year sims they don't progress very quick so if you don't boost their xp slider the league eventually becomes very thin on OL talent.

I turned down all of the defensive positions because it's easy to gain xp for defensive positions this year that's why most xp slider sets out there have then turned down to some extent. I got a star dev SS from a 77 to a 91 in just his 3rd year even with my xp slider turned down for that position.

That is true. The OL do not progress that well. I have two quick devs that don't progress very fast and a star that has got 2 progress points in 3 seasons. KC has a RT that I've tried to trade for that is a star dev( they won't trade him form that reason) and in three seasons he is only a 76 starting from a 74 or 75. He was a 4th round pick

Okay great, that’s much better progression. To me, your opinion also a superstar lineman who started out as a 80 should be somewhere in the 90s. Before I changed it, he would only go up 3 points in 6 years. Which for a superstar is bad.
