I manually remove all captains every cfm season because of this. They are an absolute eyesore to me. Madden is similating a broadcast, but there is no broadcast equivalent. It’s like they’re trying to copy that game which must not be named.

Anyway, does anyone else have a big problem with the captain stars?

Nope. I actually enjoy getting to choose my captains and seeing who the other teams choose for theirs

I removed them because in H2H CFM it just helps your opponent identify where your top players are. Dumb when you think about it.

I don't mind them, I can quickly see who Patrick Peterson is covering.

I would personally and simply like the ability to be able to turn them off in the visuals options. I think the lighting and on field graphics are excellent in Madden 19, rendering the captain stars to look out-of-place and cartoonish. I prefer as clean a screen as possible while playing so it would be nice if it were optional next year. As of right now, I have no team captains assigned to mitigate the eyesore.

They don't bother me at all, they should introduce an option to turn them off in the visual options.

I like it, except the Browns CPU in my CFM named one of their practice squad guys a captain for whatever reason...
