I see that you can pre-order it while in Madden 19 and when I go to it the Ultimate edition is only $80. Have always bought games in the store so wanted to know if anyone has pre-ordered Madden like this and if you have run into any problems?

Yes they do. Another thought I had, being able to sort by personnel grouping. I like to have an audible from every formation to choose from, but it is cumbersome trying to find every 12 personnel option when there is 25 options in each formation.

I’ve bought digital the past 3-4 years. I’ve had no problems. I also have ea access, and have possibly purchased through there as well. I never buy the ‘ultimate’ edition, however, so normally I have to find my way to the ‘regular’ edition through menus and whatnot.

But, in terms of ordering digital, it’s great, imo. U can normally pre-download roughly a week before it’s out so that it’s on your console. Then, just have to wait till midnight of the release date (or earlier, depending on pre-order bonuses or ea access trial access, etc), then launch it.
