Something that's encouraging about the execution of this is that they have been working on it for two years and they didn't put it in last year because it wasn't finished yet. Hopefully that extra time and their frequent bug testing throughout this cycle will prevent this from all being broken when the game releases.

Yeah, if you are referring to the tunnel screen I am thinking of, only NCAA had it done right.

The Nectar mod makes them much better though.

The Philly Special is in, along with an alternate version of the play.

There are a bunch of different versions and levels to the RPO's in the game.

They studied tons of Eagles and Chiefs plays when creating the RPO's in madden.

That's all I can remember. It's from like 25:30 to 33:00 so it's not a ton of information, but what's in there is good. I'm sure it's just a tease of what we'll be getting tomorrow.

It is funny to hear him talk about the playbook vis-a-vis the AI.

I mean it's nearly impossible to run screens in Madden 19.

I'm a Ravens fan and I hated how there was no way to play the Ravens scheme after Lamar took over. So it's encouraging that they may update the playbooks through the year. RPO's and RO's if done properly would be huge, but that's a big if.

They've struggled every year with player movement. That and AI never being tied to actual football makes me dismiss this until I see vids.

For my experience, none of they additions over the last 10 years have come off well. The animations & AI just don't support it.
