Are you on the PC side? We have access to all the scorebug parts and should be able to blank out the smudge as we have done to some parts on this years.

The X’s start off small I think. It grows as they complete the objectives to get the zone ability.

Just speculating because I’ve seen some small X’s then the large fiery red/orange

The scorebug looks like it was designed by a high school student in a design class. SDS and 2K still do presentation way better than Madden.

I didn't see any in the beta, but the post you quoted of mine was me asking if they showed in Madden 19 H2H games. I had asked that before the beta ever started so I was wondering if that could have explained why there were none in the screens we had seen by that point.
