X factors and draft classes

Is there any chance for rookies to get x factor abilities? As I get 4 or 5 seasons into cfm and players get closer to retirement it would be nice to have young players w x factor as well.

My current understanding, someone please correct me if I’m wrong:

Generated rookies with Superstar or better development may enter the league with Superstar abilities. Generated rookies with X-Factor development may enter the league with Superstar abilities and a Zone ability. In both cases, a player’s abilities can start out as locked. If locked, a player’s abilities are unlocked by playing that player a certain number of downs (500) and/or progressing to or above an OVR threshold.

In addition, players currently in the league who increase their development trait to Superstar or X-Factor - by completing Scenario Engine breakout scenarios or otherwise - may also earn and unlock Superstar and Zone abilities they did not previously have.

Yep. That’s my question. It does X Factormdie when Mahomes etc retire in franchise.

They stated that x factor and superstar dev traits will be hidden on drafted players until you play enough snaps with them. So it sounds like there will be x factor guys in the draft classes. My question is how are they are going to balance the league as a whole because there are no dev decreases this year, only increases.
