Still, last year you could actually get the game for free if you signed up for Origin. I wonder if that's possible for people who already have Origin?

That's the case of all EA games when you subscribe to Origins Premier...you get the Ultimate or Deluxe version of the game as part of your subscription

I purchased the pre-order from Gamestop. I like having the hard copy and something that has some return value.

I was never a Cowboys fan, but the Gamestop bonus of Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith is a nice addition to my MUT team and will allow me to focus on other positions in the first month of gameplay.

I've noticed Amazon is doing this with a bunch of games. Offering at lower prices and I'm not even an Amazon Prime member anymore. I don't know that you'll get it on release day if your not an Amazon Prime Member to be honest.

I also preorder Jedi: Fallen Order and it was $10 off too.

I don't think it's happening this year. I checked the EA sports site and the pre-order page for NHL 20 doesn't show PC/Origin links. I think it's something that would've been announced by now if it was happening.
