My guess is definitely Donald. One of either Mack or Von Miller (won't do both from same division), Mahomes, and one of Barkley, Hopkins, or AB (because of his marketing value).

I hope that the 99's are "organic", i.e. marketing doesn't overrule Guru and Swami on who gets a 99. Two guys who all about what the tape shows them having to fudge the numbers because of PR would suck.

So weak that there are 99's again but EA wouldn't pass up another chance for some marketing. Should be like fifa where two legends are capped at 94 every year.

Agreed. And we can edit ratings in CFM, so it's kind of a non-issue for me.

If I had to guess though, I'd say Donald and Rodgers are 2 of them. Everyone loves Rodgers, though he shouldn't be a 99 in my opinion.

This is ideal. Even the best players have things they could improve on. I guess I think that 99 should be reserved for the greatest/best players of all time. Guys who have been top 3 at their position for 7-8 years or more. Madden doesn't really have legends outside of MUT, so I see why they don't rate guys this way.

I'd bet on Donald - if it was up to me he's the only one who would get it. after him, I'm not so sure. I feel like Barkley and Mahomes are too young to get it. They still have a lot of room to improve. Mack, Watt, and Hopkins are possibilities. my dark horse pick: Fletcher Cox.
