Go to the PSN store, add it to your cart, then checkout, once you are checked out you will see an option to download. If your PS4 at home is set to auto-download then it'll be downloaded when you get home.

But be aware that is just the app. If you preordered the full game you can play right away. But if you've not preordered you will need to download the game when you get home. I think it's about 40Gb btw.

I’m downloading the trial as we speak. It’s 40 GBs. For me I opened access, went to games>game trials>madden 20. It then took me to ps store to download the trial.
