On default All-Pro the CPU QBs will chew you up if you don't spy them!

Do colors look washed out in game to anyone else? Menus and such look fine but in actual games things don't look right. It's most noticable to me with the Packers/Steelers and their yellow pants (and helmet for the Pack). Haven't played the Rams yet but I'm sure it will be the same for their pants as well.

It's less noticable with other colors but still there

I think the colors seem a bit washed out. I'm on PC. I get the same vibe I got with NCAA 11 or 13, whichever had some slightly washed out colors.
