Side note, is the PS4 vault empty for anyone else.
20 plus times I’ve gone into the hub, only once did it show games

Yes my vault is empty too, no idea why. Can't download the trial. Any guesses?

It was the same for me I had to go to the EA website on another device, go to the Madden page and select Trial from there. When I turned my PS4 back on it started downloading and everything in the Vault was available.
