Since the advent of the archetype system Most archetypes limit the physical attributes of the player.I hope that the potential to see those once is a generation type physical players exists.Randy Moss being an example.Most WRs his height are capped in speed.A Eddie George,Brandon Jacobs type RB.These physical types that are unicorns at their position.

I would LOVE to see this.

However, like you said, I think they capped attributes on players with certain builds.

I also notice that Players cap out at Certain Heights/Weights:

Power RBs - Max out at 6'3/239lbs.
Brandon Jacobs (6'4) & Jerome Bettis were 250+

Fullbacks also get NO love.
Mike Alstott & Lorenzo Neal were outliers at the position, that were often times, called on as much as their RBs.

I'm not saying these guys should be common, but I feel like there are limiters set in place to make sure these rare freaks of nature never appear in the generated drafts.
