QB1 questions

Where do I turn off instant starter in settings? Also is there anyway to turn off calling the plays? Seems pretty unrealistic that I get full control of play calling as a 20 year old rookie who started two games in college. Any help would be appreciated.

No just the face when you start...nothing afterwards in college
