This is a good find right here, it's a good work around for getting guys the abilities that you want. It sucks that you can't just assign them in a roster.

Has anyone tried it with a created coach?

I am coach of the Pats, created Belicheck because he's stupid and won't be in the game... But whenever I tried to 'retire' him and use a player (I want to try Omaha since I don't play Ultimate Team, so I wanted to put it on Brady), he disappears when I switch back to coach. I saw a vid online of a guy doing it the same way (one user, switching back and forth between players and coach) and his created coach didn't disappear. Anyone know if it's a setting or something?
