Does anyone know how to create highlights like this?

Basically, these highlights look like broadcast/replay angles, but they show the proper full play, and they don't have the replay watermark. I remember old Maddens had the option to create highlights from individual plays using special camera angles, but I haven't seen that in several years.

In the instant replay if you click the right stick in you hide the overlay and have a clean screen to use for highlights. By default the camera will follow the ball so you just have to rotate, adjust zoom with the face buttons and the focus with left and right on the d pad and you can get some great looking screenshots and replays. Pair it with some good video editing and you can make awesome looking highlight packages

He's just using clips of the in-game replays that are shown after the play and/or during quarter breaks and halftime.

I feel like it's something different. Any time I see highlights/replays, they always start halfway through the play. On passes, for example, they generally start after the ball is already thrown, and rarely show the QB at all.
