EA Access Trial error - help

I have an active sub to EA Access on Xbox.

No problems w/ 10 hours of madden until tonight.

I have 6 hours left

After the title screen loads, I get this 'EA ACCESS TRIAL - Thank you for Trying out Madden 20. Your signed in account requires an active EA Acces Sub. Purchase EA Access and try again'.

Again, My sub does not expire til next Feb. I tried other games from the vault and no errors.

Can someone help?

I had the same issue last night. Only gave me trouble with the M20 demo; I was able to play NHL 19 without issue. Not sure what the deal is.
