new to custom (Real) playbooks for each team

What is the best, easiest way to get into this process? Can someone outline where to find playbooks, process for importing them and such? I tried it several years ago and did not have much fun with the process and gave up.

I'd like to do it right from the start with my franchise....

There are a lot of ways to do that. Go into the "customize" portion of menu (first small button). From there go into share files and you can search for playbooks that you feel are accurate for your team. If you cannot find any, you can always customize your own playbooks, either with the plays you want or how you feel they should be for your specific team. Personally, I like tobuild my own and have done it for several years. There is also a portion of this community who takes a lot of time and tries to create true to life playbooks for their teams as well. They also share these playbooks.

Bummer, if you find any good resources let me know, so far my process has been slower than I'd hope. I'm waiting to dive into franchise once some DC's and a patch is dropped though.

Outside of watching film I don't know how else to help. I wish I had access to the all 22.
