Does anyone know any good playbooks and schemes for supersim?

I can’t play due to a thumb issue so I sim games in me and my cousin’s franchise. Only problem is my 86 overall eagles go like 3-13 every season it’s ridiculous. I heard playbooks and schemes affect this but haven’t had any luck yet.

I am wondering the same thing. Which schemes/sliders should I use to reduce the RB carries and increase throwing. I have been trying a number of slider changes for my sim franchise but can't make the stats accurate.
