Again here I think this is people misreading waived/injured as simply waived

Players who are waived /injured go to that teams IR unless claimed , they are not released

Edit: they can of course be released subsequently via settlement

So outside the Raiders roster, are the correct guys on IR? And missing players that made 53 man rosters now in the Week 1 roster update?

Curious because KANE nailed the Week 1 rosters last year!

I haven't found anybody on the active 53s missing , could have missed somebody though

Not all IR players are designated as injured but I think this is by design as there is a limit in CFM on how many players can be on IR ( I think its 256 but that's not been substantiated ) and it's only week one so they need room to continue to implement future injury

I'm sure there are errors and some inconsistencies ( Bryce Love is on IR but Danny johnson isn't when IRL both are on PUP ) but generally I'd say the roster team did a great job , a busy week , a short week ( holiday in USA I believe? ) and under less than ideal circumstances ( hurricane precautions in force )

Bryce Love on IR makes sense, since it sounds like he's out for 2019 season... So that one I can live with.

So if I want to do an offline franchise with correct draft picks, I have to go through "play now" to set up a franchise? What about an online franchise? Do you have to go through play now too? thx!

From what I heard if you start an online franchise and use real life rosters and choose week 1 of the regular season as your start point then the draft picks are correct.

Found a workaround - sign whatever guy you want for your PS to the active roster and then move them to another position and then back again and you’ll be able to add them to your PS!
