These rosters are def not 100% accurate, cowboys are missing devin smith, he started last game so how he is not even on the roster.

The roster is fine , he's on the cowboys in the roster , the problem lies in how play now live works , and the fact that EA has no way of dealing with any players who IRL are on PUP , DNR , NFI etc or are suspended , other than to leave them on the teams roster with no exemption designation , meaning they often have more than 53 active players
Thus the game cuts players , as it must , to allow you to take your play now game into an "active" franchise

If you want the most accurate rosters and trades, you start a CFM with the live rosters and in the Week they are released. (so Week 4 in this case)
